PET POLICY: CATS AND DOGS Cats and dogs accepted Max Number of Pets: 2 One-time pet fee: $300 per pet Max weight of pets: 100 lbs per pet Pet monthly rent minimum/maximum: $20 - $40 Pet deposit: $200 per pet We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions apply. Weight limit is 100lbs. There is a one-time non-refundable fee of $300 for one pet and $600 for two pets. Monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.
